Spotted @ Housing Works. Considering tomorrow is the Kentucky Derby, I'm surprised nobody snatched that up!!

A creative way to cover up the never-ending road work on Chambers Street.

All my years working and going to school (basically living!) downtown, I never noticed this!!
Apparently, this is an old Nikon building on Warren Street.
I've googled to no avail so if someone can find something, please let me know. I love learning about the history of NYC buildings.
