If I Were...

...were a pattern, I would be a polka dot! I feel this pattern (big or small) is so fun and whimsical but not too crazy. Apparently I like polka dots so much that I wore a blouse in this pattern yesterday and another today! Oh and my underwear has polka dots too. Haha, tmi?! I think not. I just wanted to share with you my new love of all things dots.

If I Were...

...a rich girl (na na na na na na na), I would travel the world. Or at least take a 2 week reprieve from this thing I call work. I am at a loss for patience today and feel like aggravation and stress will stay with me at least through the end of the week before I get a few days of relief. Where would I go if money and time were no object?

Other places I WOULD NOT hate:

A cruise!! You're forced to relax. No cell, no internet. A floating vacation.

Hawaii.
Never been. I imagine never ending beautiful scenery and endless warm weather.

Italy.
Because what's not to love? History. Architecture. Food!

If I Were...

...a bag, I would love to be one of these. Or better yet, can I own all of these?

Of course, I rarely every pay retail price or even close to retail-price (I like myself a fantastic deal), so unless I hit the lottery or simply find this on super clearance, I will just have to sit here and lust.

...a sweater, I'd be any of these! I'm searching for the perfect chunky and comfy black sweater for the season but naturally, I can't find anything I like. In the meantime, let's daydream.

....a color, I would be yellow. Or maybe two colors - black and yellow. Yes, I am a bumblebee. :)  This is the second time within a week I've sported this color combo. Perhaps I like the brightness.

Summer may not be officially over but it is after labor day which makes me start thinking more about fall fashion. I broke out my Rebecca Minkoff MAB in honor of the season that is upon us and I'm starting to crave more cranberry-like items.

...a shoe (and we already know that I am a shoe addict), I would be any of these new styles that are currently out in-stores.

Yes, I am just a tad obsessed with J.Crew shoes this season, especially those Cece ballet flats. I already own about 3 from last year, but I just can't get enough. The suede ones, especially, have some fabulous bold colors.

If I Were...

...crafty, I would make myself some notebooks. Oh, wait!! I am crafty!! :)
I love using pretty notebooks at work because plain old notepads are boring to me. And last week I had the strong urge to craft a few of my own so I did. I need some practice, but I have endless pretty cardstock and all the other supplies, so I'll definitely be making more.
