Using what I have...

Tri-colored pasta + asparagus + broccoli + strawberries + shredded chicken + italian dressing = yummy salad.

Boxed brownie mix + Nestle mini milk chocolate chips + Ghiradelli bitter sweet chocolate chips = fudgey chocolate-ness

A creative way to cover up the never-ending road work on Chambers Street.

All my years working and going to school (basically living!) downtown, I never noticed this!!
Apparently, this is an old Nikon building on Warren Street.
I've googled to no avail so if someone can find something, please let me know. I love learning about the history of NYC buildings.
